Advocate Amit Kumar, holds B.Sc.LL.B. degree in Business Laws (from CUSB, Gaya), LL.M. in Criminal and Security Laws (from RRU, Gandhinagar) and dual LL.M. degree in Investment and Securities Law (from NISM/ MNLU, Mumbai). He has experience in litigation practice related to Securities Laws, Criminal Laws and National Security Laws. He appears before Adjudicating Officer of SEBI, SEBI-Special Criminal Court and Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT). He is having proficiency in both civil and criminal laws especially in; Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Anti-trust Laws, Environmental Laws, Investment-Infrastructure Development Laws, Public International Laws and Anti Money Laundering Laws.
