Advocate Shyamrishi Pathak, holds B.L.S.LL.B. degree from Mumbai University. He has over 13 years of the experience in litigation practice related to almost all the filed of civil and criminal laws. He has been empanelled as a Special Public Prosecutor for MGST by Govt. of Maharashtra.
Mr. Pathak appears before various Court and Tribunal such as High Court Bombay, District Courts, Civil Courts, CBI Special Court, SEBI Special Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal etc. He deals with all kind of matters pertaining to criminal and civil natures especially matters related to CBI, Anti Money Loundering, Negotiable Instruments, Enforcement Directorate, SEBI, Elections Petition, Writ Petition, Debt Recovery, Direct and Indirect Tax, Public Interest Litigation. He has Conducted trial on offences before SEBI special court and CBI special court.
